Frozen pizza base supplier
Wholesale to hospitality, retail to home cooks. Frozen products mean cold-chain couriers. Both sides needed an online ordering system the previous setup couldn't support.
We rebuilt the whole thing on Laravel - custom payments (PayFast, Yoco, SnapScan, Zapper), MyCourier cold-chain integration, Xero accounting sync, B2B wholesale pricing, and cloud-printed invoices. Page speed went from a Lighthouse score of around 40 to 89+.
