The problem
Your website was built and handed over, and since then nobody has touched it. The platform has released a dozen updates, the plugins or packages are flagging warnings you do not understand, and the person who built it has since moved on. You are not sure whether the backups work, or whether there are any. Something broke last month and you did not know who to call. You do not need another agency. What we do
We look after your website every month, whatever it is built on. Updates to the platform, plugins and theme are tested on a staging copy first, then rolled out to the live site. We monitor uptime and security, take regular backups we have actually restored from, and run a technical SEO and speed check so nothing slips quietly. Depending on your plan you also get a set number of hours each month for ad-hoc changes - new menu items, updated prices, a seasonal banner, a new product range. One invoice, one team to call, and everything registered in your name.

We know which plugin updates break checkouts, which caching setups fight with WooCommerce, and how to fix both without downtime. We also look after Statamic sites and custom Laravel builds, including the ones we build ourselves.
Two plans, sized to your site
A five-page brochure site and an online shop with 400 products do not need the same care. The Maintenance Plan is R600 a month for updates, daily backups, security checks and monitoring. The Care Plan is R1,500 a month and adds hosting, a monthly technical SEO check and an hour of changes.

No. Most of the sites on our Care Plans were built by someone else. We start with a short audit of the site, hosting and backups, fix anything urgent, and then move it onto the monthly plan.
No. WordPress and WooCommerce are most of what we maintain, but we also look after Statamic sites and custom Laravel builds. If your site is built on something else, send us the URL and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Yes. WooCommerce sites need more care than brochure sites because a broken plugin update can stop checkout. We test every update on a staging copy, check the payment flow after each one, and keep an eye on gateway plugins for PayFast, Yoco and iKhokha.
The Maintenance Plan (R600 a month) keeps the site updated, backed up daily, patched and monitored, with a monthly status report. The Care Plan (R1,500 a month) adds hosting or hosting management, a monthly technical SEO check and an hour of ad-hoc changes. If you need more hands-on time, the Growth Retainer (R3,500) and Strategic Retainer (R6,000) add 4 and 8 hours of work a month.
No. We are based in Cape Town, but the work is remote and we look after sites for businesses anywhere in South Africa. Updates, monitoring and changes happen through your hosting and a shared staging site, and we talk by email, phone or WhatsApp.
On a Care Plan we usually catch it early through monitoring. If a site is compromised we restore from a clean backup, patch the entry point, rotate the credentials and tell you exactly what happened. Cleanup of a site that is not yet on a plan is quoted separately.
Yes. Managed Hosting can be bundled into your Care Plan so there is one invoice and one team responsible for both. If you are happy with your current host we can work with that instead, as long as we have proper access.
Care Plans run month to month with 30 days notice either way. Everything - domain, hosting and site - stays registered in your name, so if you ever leave you take it all with you.
