No. We build the shop on a staging copy of your site, so your live site keeps running exactly as it is. The launch itself is a short, planned switchover - typically done at a quiet time of day, and reversible if anything looks wrong.
That's the usual case, and it's fine. The audit we do first tells us how your site was built and whether anything needs attention before the shop goes in. We don't need the original developer involved, and we'll be honest with you if we find something that makes a different approach more sensible.
Nothing - it stays. Your pages, images, and copy remain exactly as they are, along with the search rankings they have earned. The shop is added alongside your existing content, not instead of it.
